The Girl in the Burning Building

This picture was taken by Tony O'Rahilly in 1995, as Wem Town Hall in Shropshire, England, burned down. The girl in the doorway was not seen at the time the photo was taken. Examined by photographic expert Dr. Vernon Harrison, former president of the Royal Photographic Society, Vernon deemed the photogenuine and that it was not tampered with. In 1977 there was another fire in this place, started accidentally by a young girl by the name of Jane Churm. No information as to if Jane Churm died in the 1977 fire.
