REGISTER FOR THE SEPTEMBER 3-DAY INTENSIVE IN SCOTTSDALE, AZ
Balance to be paid 2 weeks before course begins. We will invoice you for the balance through PayPal.

We will send you the address if you request to pay with a money order.
The deposit is non- refundable

A deposit is required to register:

$150 (non-refundable) We will invoice students for balance
two weeks prior to class start date. That date is
September 9th, 2010.

Brand new students or those who have taken only one module of the Home Study Course:
$400 - Option to pay in full up front

Students who have already taken the entire Home
Study Course:
$225 - Option to pay in full up front

POLICIES

^All deposits are non-refundable. If the seminar is cancelled for any reason, all monies will be refunded in full immediately.

Balance of seminar fee is due no later than two weeks prior to the seminar start date which is September.
