Table tipping or sometimes called table tilting, is a Spiritualist technique during a séance to communicate with Spirits. Sitters are evenly placed around a table, sitting with their fingertips lightly resting on the top edge and hands spread out with pinkies touching. One of the sitters acts as the spokesperson (or medium), asking a Spirit to make contact. The table may start tilting, moving in a circular manner, rocking back and forth, shaking, and even rising in answer to questions or just in general.

When you listen to the audio, you can hear the table is moving in the background. The circular movement is so fast, it reminds one of a train moving along the tracks. At some point, we the table sitters start getting Spirit information. You will hear the table slow down, speed up, and change direction. In some instances, the table stops and then starts up again.
